Omschrijving

The REGA 6 indexer notches and prints directories onto pocket diaries, small books, or stapled/glued booklets.

The machine is equipped with four processing stations and two magazines. The books are transferred from the input magazine to the processing stations and to the unloading magazine using an advancement system.

Books to be notched must be manually stacked in the feed magazine. At the first processing station, a counting device and an opening finger open the book at the correct place.

The index is notched in the second processing station, where each sheet is taken separately, placed on the blade, and notched. The third and fourth stations are intended for printing the directories. The use of two printing devices allows for two-color printing. Then, the book is closed and advanced to the unloading magazine to be stacked. The transport, opening, notching, printing, and stacking all occur automatically.

The notched and printed books are manually unloaded from the stacking magazine.
